I'd favor PTP, Clottey, and Floyd over Tito.

Williams aint no boxer. All he does is stand there and throw 100+ punches. Watch the Margarito fight - imagine those same shots landing from Margarito but with a little bit more power and speed. Right now I'd say Mosley would give Tito the most trouble because of his granite chin and power. Mosley is above average in all categories as well, a nice all around fighter. I won't even start to talk about Mayweather because his resume at WW is not impressive.

You like many have understated PTP's boxing skills. He was continuously circling Margarito while throwing all of those punches from every angle and was doing so moving in both directions. He also offered head movement and an in and out rhythm while engaging. He certainly wasn't just standing there and trading the entire time.

Bruh you don't know what you are talking about . . . maybe you didn't see Tito's era during his prime. :D

Tito was undefeated at welter and I'll just mention a few good names not all . . . . Hector Camacho (43-2); Luis Campas (56-0); Oba Carr (32-0); Ray Lovato (21-1); Kevin Lueshing (19-1); Pernell Whitaker (42-2); Hugo Pineda (36-1) and Oscar De La Hoya (31-0)

. . . and who has Floyd and Clottey fought at welter and defeated? :think

. . . Tito got his first loss at 154. :yep

:rofl  :rofl  :rofl  :rofl

    He'd smash Cotto.

I think Mosley would take him and Floyd would be on his bike and lose a UD.

Felix @ 147lbs is like a much better version of DLH that fought PBF.

He'd beat Floyd, I am pretty sure of it.

Check it yourself dude . . . check the official records . . . irregardless of what you think . . . robbery or what . . . Trinidad won that fight officially.

He moved up because he was having difficulty making 147 but not because he lost. :yep
