A prime Hoya still struggles with against Paul Williams, Floyd Mayweather, Joshua Clottey, and Shane Mosley of today, in my opinion.

A peak De La Hoya would defo be top of the tree, to be honest PBF hasnt fought any of top top Welterweights so not sure you can even included him. Paul Williams?? De la Hoya would tear him up with that Left Hook.

Yeah but he didnt lose to Tito really. He would be competitive with all of the better fighters. He would lose to FLoyd at his best though. Too many tools. Oscar had great speed and a great lefthook, but little else. He truly only had problems with guys who were a little quicker and could do a little more with their punches, thats why he lost soundly to Mosley.

PBF beats him, but I'd make Oscar a strong favourite against the others.

Prime Hoya-Williams would be a good fight to see.

Prime DLH vs today's Mosley (Hoya-Mos3) would be an 65-35 win for DLH.

Prime Hoya vs Marg/Clottey/Cotto would also be a W.

But PBF would 'outrun' DLH on WW.

Exactly where he was during his best.
(Hoya would always be a top fighter @ his weight class in any era)

A prime dlh would do to p.will what quintana did their first fight but there will not be a different outcome in a rematch!!! remember mosley? he is still here and we all know what happened there so i think he probably takes them all except cotto and mosley!!!!!!

I could see Oscar having trouble wtih PW and PBF, but he could win both.
