Would Ali fall behind Holmes,Lewis & Frazier in the all-time heavyweight rankings?

Good question.Ali would definitely fall below Joe Louis but I think he would still be rated
    above Lewis,Holmes and possibly Frazier.
If Joe had won the Thrilla he would probably be a concensus top 5 all-time heavyweight champion.
Then he would be wise to retire immediately and not even think about rematching with Big George.

If you mean that the fight progressed exactly as it did, but Futch did not stop Frazier from coming out but Ali quit, it would mae some difference.
A bit less if his corner stopped him.
If somehow they both clashed in the 15th & Frazier won convincingly-which would need to be a stoppage-Frazier rates higher, but not above Ali.

No, definitely not. Ali and Louis would likely be 50/50 split as the divisions all time #1 and #2, though.
