If he goes up in weight and plans to fight Martinez, Williams and Cotto. He will without question be in most peoples best of all time list. He can do it too, he can beat Martinez and Cotto no problem, it's Williams that nobody thinks he can beat (myself included).

To surpass Ali, Leonard and the others he has to beat Williams before he retires. To just be among them he has to beat Martinez and Cotto. But being in the top 10 isn't the same as being competitive in the top 5. Sugar Ray Leonard and Ali are in most peoples top 10. Roy Jones Jr is in most peoples top 10-15. Floyd Mayweather Jr is in most peoples top 15-20.

Beating Williams and Martinez would boost his legacy big time, and I will definately put him in my top 10, no question about that.

Ali was from the same country as all the top names he fought...Liston, Patterson, Frazier, Foreman, Holmes, Norton...etc. And I don't think he fought Frazier in Frazier's home turf...or Foreman...I don't know where you're going with this really. Unless that was sarcasm.

Thats bull****, Floyd ALLWAYS fights on others "home turf", you have never in your life seing the crowd behind Floyd Mayweather in a fight, most of them are against him and he always comes out with a win.
