currently the Glory Kickboxing Champion and considered to be the top star in the sport he is big and skilled. . . Prior and including preperation for the Wladimir Klitschko fight he spent 4 years as Tyson Fury's sparring partner.
Your classic beat all the scrubs and average guys but not a high enough work rate and power to beat the top tier.
Would need a lot of work. He's got a lot of kickboxer DNA that would need to be tuned out. That's not to say he wouldn't be capable of making the transition and finding success, but his transition wouldn't be as easy as say Spong or Sakis. Personally want him to stay in Glory as should any kickboxing fan, HW and KB in general is hurting and Rico leaving could potentially be a fatal blow.
He is marketable skilled and talented. . . .At the very least he could quickly get to a title shot without earning his way through the ranks based on his experience as a kickboxer and popularity.
