He'd certainly be a player, but where he'd stand is almost impossible to answer. I wouldn't make him a strong favourite over Martinez.

Wright was a high risk, low reward type of fighter at his best. How can we be sure he'd be landing the best fights? How could we say for sure who he would beat and who he wouldn't beat? Like I said, I wouldn't make him a strong favourite over Sergio Martinez. I'd probably expect Winky to be around top 5, but where he'd place exactly is, like I said, practically impossible to answer.

Winky would be number 3, but if he could beat both Floyd and Manny

I'd make him the favorite over PBF and Pac. Martinez would give him arguably his hardest fight but I'd pick Winky in that one as well. P4P #1

Behind Pac and PBF and Martinez

No way do Pac and Floyd risk fighting Winky, so he wont have the opportunity to be number one.

Winky beats Cotto, Kirkland, and Williams, but loses to Martinez

High but not super high. Winky is the same guy who turned down fighting Sexy face Oscar and $. Who the hell turns down Oscar? Neither boxers or women.

I'd favour him over Manny and Floyd because of his size at the fact the fight would have to be at 154. I couldn't see either team putting their guys in with him anyway. At 154 I'd favour him against the majority of fighters. Margarito seems way too far gone to utilise what pressure he used to bring. Martinez even at 160 would probably find himself having trouble with Winky's laser like jab and almost impenterable defence. His fast hands will help him and the power he seems to have developed from nowhere will test Winky's borderline shaky chin. I'd actually give Williams one of the better chances. Winky doesn't really have the pop in his shots to hurt him and how would he handle the sheer volume and reach of Williams? Would be interesting. Winky just operates at a much higher technical platform than Williams.

I'll go with top 3, as I can see him beating the 154 which includes names like Cotto, Margarito, Cintron and Williams. At 160, there is the big scalp of Martinez for him to take. If he could beat those guys he'd push the relatively inactive Marquez off number 3 spot for me.

Oscar offered him a career high payday. Winky wanted more though, so the fight never happened.
