Wilder`s resume isn`t that much better than Whyte`s.

Takam was robbed a win over Perez it what many thought a comfortable win for Takam was wrongly judges a draw.

Perez then fought Jennings. Had the ref not very controversially deducted Perez a point late. The scores card would have resulted in a draw.

So Jennings was only ranked officially higher due to bad judges scorecards and Controversial points deduction in another fight.

Based on performances in the ring Takam was the better of the two.

    "even Furys team said"

You're a mug for taking what they say for public consumption seriously.

    "Spot pick gone wrong."

A draw with Fury. Nowhere near as bad as AJ's cherry pick against Andy Ruiz.

Wilder fought Fury 3x, that's the bottom line. The guy who schooled Wlad, ended his reign in Germany. The only man to make Chisora quit. The man who schooled and one-shotted Whyte 4 years into his comeback.

    "Ortiz"

You've admitted that he stopped better men than post-Takam Chisora and pre-Joshua/pre-Joyce Takam.

I thought Helenius was "high Euro level"? He took Joshua 7 and busted him up post-Wilder after all. But Duhaupas and Washington KO'd him, which isn't in your script...

    Whytes better

    Wins over
    Povetkin
    Parker
    Chisora x 2
    Rivas

    Wilders
    Ortiz
    Dauhaupas
    Stiverne
    Spzilka
    Washington

There clear gap in quality of the opposition the two beat.

    Irrelevant goalpost moving.

You said in August 2018 that Jennings > Chisora, even after Chisora KO'd Takam.

You said in January 2021 that Martin > Takam, a Takam who hadn't yet been KO'd by Joshua.

    Irrefutable facts!

So Ortiz objectively has two stoppage wins over better fighters than prime versions of Chisora and Takam, according to you.

That was going hype and belt in a time limited footage was available of boxers. Now the HW started fighting the top HWs l, we now have a fairer comparison.

When you compare there record now l, it's very clear.

Fighting is done in the ring and not on paper.

Who performed better versus Fury - Wilder or Whyte?

    Sense brought to the thread.

Got a feeling you are going to send @Mitch87 into overdrive comparing the CVs of Joshua against the greats to prove Joshua is the greatest ever.

Chisora was 11.5 years into his career with a 29-8 record at that point, Takam was 35-4-1 and then 39-5-1 by 2021, 15 years in. "Limited footage" lol.

In 2021 you placed Martin above a 2017 Takam, whose only "significant" win in his future would be Yoka, along with three additional losses, including one to Makhmudov. You placed Jennings above that prime version of Chisora, who has picked up five additional losses to only five additional wins since.

Let's not be dishonest Mitch. You're not fooling anyone.

You guys have been saying that for over 100 years. A few of you codgers will still be saying it 50 years from now, no doubt.

Washed up Wilder on Saturday cannot be compared to when Whyte fought Parker years ago.

He is virtually retired at 38 years of age and fought 1 round since Fury 3.

The fights against Fury are the real measure of the abilities of Wilder and Whyte.

I see Redbeard is struggling with Wilder and Wallin’s awful performances.

I don't think it's the age or the inactivity first and foremost, I think the guy is totally mentally shot due to the Fury losses. He literally "fought" like Malik Scott minus the quitjob, getting beaten and just happy to survive 12 rounds.
