    Indeed.

    Wilder did better against

    Helenius than Chisora and Whyte

Breazeale than Joshua and Wallin post-Wilder

    Fury than Wlad

    Stiverne than Joyce post-Wilder 2

    Arreola than Vitali

Duhaupas and Washington than Miller post-Wilder

Scott than Chisora and Ortiz post-Wilder

    Firtha than Povetkin and Fury

Liakhovich, Szpilka and Ortiz than Jennings

    Manswell than Chagaev

Morales, Liakhovich, Arreola and Ortiz than Ruiz post-Wilder

Wilder would be Joshua's best win. 2nd best win at the very worst (after Wlad).

Anyone saying lower than 2nd is letting their emotion blind them.

I get what you're saying, triangle theories can be used to prop up whatever fighter you favor. Bottom line is other than a past prime Wlad and Povetkin, none of AJ's wins(or DW) have very strong resumes. I'm going with what my eyes tell me, that Wilder is a notch above the Whytes/Parkers/Ruiz's of the world.

#2 behind Wlad. People don't seem to realize that Wilder is getting old. By time AJ and Wilder fight, even if they fight next, Wilder is only 3 years younger than the version of Wlad that Aj fought. On top of that he just had 2 knockout losses. A knockout win against Helenius doesn't do anything for me to say Wilder is back in top form and ready for a title shot.

Wlad at 41 had far more miles on the clock in the professional game than Wilder does now despite the fact Wilder's pushing 40. Wilder also started boxing late in contrast to Wlad, who had a long and decorated amateur career.

That didn't effect Wlad in his fight with AJ.

I'm not sure I'd put him above Wlad, even when he was 41.
