    I can't put Machen above Ingo because I think he'd win in a rematch. While I think that, we have the concrete KO1 for Ingo right in front of us, I can't overlook that.

    I don't know if Ingo's legacy is far ahead of Machen. Machen beat more quality fighters than Ingo, although the Patterson win is better than anything on Machen's resume. Machen and Floyd were the only elite fighters that he ever faced.

    Not in the top 30. 35-60 I guess

    That's essentially how I see it. Although, a more specific range would be appreciated as 35-60 is a bit too wide. Also, what is your opinion on Machen as compared to Johansson? I previously had them strung together with Johansson the better by a slight margin. I considered retaining Eddie while relegating Inggo to a lower rank recently, but I've since abandoned the thought.

    Ingo beat every fighter he faced;
    Never fought a fighter with a losing record-the only HW champ with this distinction;
    Beat a fair crop of Euro hw's like London, Richardson, Bysgraves, Cooper, Ten Hoff etc who were top 5-15 in the world, not great but on a level after Folley, Machen, Patterson;
    In the real world fighters dont generally fight a series of 10 h2h to see who's best, once off Ingo beats quite a few IMO.
