He's probably on the fringe on the top 100. A great fighter but for all the belts he won...he did not get the win on the big stage enough.
Top 50, and for similar reasons as Ali getting the credit he did. He fought EVERYONE, all the big fights, he transcened the sport and was/is a global icon. Where he differes in that comparison is that he fell short on several occasions but he still had so many great wins, he is very underrated. Everyone is so quick to say he lost all the big fights, but in actuality he had many great wins, and a gold medal to cap it off.
