What rank do you give Floyd Mayweather on the greatest boxers in history?

e.g. rank 1 = greatest boxer in history
rank 10 = 10th greatest boxer in history and so on

Top 10 all time in terms of talent.

Not sure where I'd rank him in terms of greatness.

One of the very best ever, top ten.

But in terms of greatness, the difference between best and greatest being obvious, he'd be somewhere between 20 and 30.

Top 35. I rate guys based on their wins, and I don't think Floyd has the wins to be higher. Would put Pacquaio top 25.

Based on ability and de-emphasizing accomplishment somewhat, would place Floyd ahead of Pac. Both are behind Roy Jones.

I rank him at no. 21. He was the best fighter of the past twenty years.

    Amazing talent.
    Great boxer

It's a shame about the Alvarez and Marquez fights as I think he would have won them without the catch weights, though think the Alvarez fight may have been a little tougher

    Beat the who's who

High end: Right around Packy McFarland or Pernell Whitaker (both of whom are in my lower Top 20)
Low end: Probably top 25-30 (around guys and maybe a little ahead of a guy like Michael Spinks).

Leaning more toward high end these days. But, in my mind, that floor is pretty much set and there's not much more room for that ceiling to be raised.
