Pacquiao surely holds the record for the number of records held or broken plus, he's a fantastic example for up and coming fighters, he's humble without being false and respectful of his opponents..... generally.

Hes an icon to his people and believes in helping his nations less fortunate. If he'd been born and bred an American, he would be hailed as a top 10 ATG without question. He's a fantastic role model with a stellar resume and a whole raft of FOTY and KO of the year contenders. There will likely never be another one.
