Where would you rate the best HW's during Tyson's time?

Yey witherspoon was the whole package could box, punch and had a chin(xcept for bonecrusher)... Even years later after his prime and fought a prime and motivated mercer in a fight that could have gone either way IMO.. I like a motivated Witherspoon chances against either klitchko brother.
