    **** Gus! I hated him. I am SO glad he is gone. I don't like his replacement either, but he is still better than Gus.

    I have a hard time putting his grating tone and over the top persona aside. These two things contribute a lot to his commentating.

    You almost have to force yourself to look past it, then it stops being such an issue. Any time he starts to annoy me I listen to one of Lampley's orgasmic freakouts and then I feel better about Mauro. I really think he does an exceptional job of preparing though, that's his main strength aside from knowing how to bounce commentary off Bernstein and Malignaggi (who is a potential ATG commentator).

    Paulie is a natural for sure. I hope he becomes a staple as a commentator on more and more cards.
