Where's Hopkins?

If you were going to fight, say a lion...would you bother training? Probably not, it would be competely futile. It is the same for Hopkins here.

 

I would definately train in the event I had an upcoming fight with a lion.

 

He's probably only focused on the job at hand and doesn't want distractions with exchange of words. He's quiet but still people say he's barking so I guess he's keeping the talk for later like April 20th.

 

I was thinking the exact same thing, Hopkins has been very quiet, havn't heard anything since the pressers, as a person wanting Joe to win it worries me, Hopkins isn't giving anything away.

 

I wouldn't read too much into any of this.

 

Hopkins will save his box of tricks for next week I'm sure when they do the face to face stuff.

Calzaghe's yapping a bit too much for my liking. I hope he's not losing his head.

 

I find it interesting that Calzaghe has been running his mouth more than Hopkins as of late.

 

I wouldn't worry, it's not Calzaghe doing the yapping - it's Frank Warren's PA (Setanta) doing the typing.

 

You know what Hopkins likes to do besides training and fighting? Talking about his career and life. I mean he could literally go on forever if you don't stop him.

 

And just to add, Hopkins has been quite in the last month or so. No outrageous interviews or comments. Maybe he's just been so dedicated and focused for the fight. That's good to hear.
