I doubt he will ever be the same after this layoff, combined with other factors like age and wars, plus reported massive ballooning up to 200+ lbs since last September. Realistically speaking I hope he takes such a route as to have a cupcake fight in Argentina within a couple months, then face a faded sort of fringe contender at the end of the year or very beginning of next year, and then be facing a top 10 WW in a relevant fight by the end of Winter or very beginning of Spring '16.
He's ballooned to Hatton-like proportions since losing to Mayweather in the rematch. It's hard to come back from that kind of shape and be competitive. He can lose the weight but the damge is done especially when compared to someone like Mayweather, Andre Ward or Bernard Hopkins who look after themselves between fights.
Counting his money, smoking a big cigar, shaking his head when he thinks about his unbelievable luck.
Don't remember Floyd putting a beating on him, he won the second fight clearly outpointing him, the first floyd took a beating if anyone and did well to come back in the second half but I'm a Mayweather fan and floyd took the worst beating of his career in 1.
He is semi-retired since the second Floyd fight. He's spending time with family and like others have said has ballooned in weight. He is interested in a return, but he's financially secure and got his health, so retiring could be a good option as I think he's reached his level given his all-action style doesn't lend well for longevity in the fight game.
