Ive personally allways liked the guy, Ive allways rooted for him even though I knew he was many times outclassed

 

Although Pavlik could get his next one in advance if he fights Bute this year.

 

Is this a joke thread? OK then I'm going to start another one - where was Edison Miranda in this particular day two years ago?

He needs to stay where he is to be quite honest...He just doesnt have what it takes to make it at 168.

 

Not sure, really. I just remember Pantera2000 saying Edison went back to Colombia before one of his fights (either Ward or Abraham II, can't remember which) and ballooned up to a crazy weight, which effected his performance.

But yeah, I agree with the guys saying Edison is a good dude. He came across really well on those Sekbach videos. I wouldn't mind seeing him mix it up with Bika or Andrade.

 

Wow lot of hate for a good fighter! he's not elite but he's a good fighter and deserves credit for fighting the best.

Before the Pavlik/Miranda -- Taylor/Spinks card Miranda acted like he was going to walk right threw Pavlik. He pretty much acted like KP didn't exist, and his title shot was a done deal. JT told Miranda if he wanted to be a champion he should learn to dress like one: "Go put on a suit, and comb your damn hair.":bananamaniac
