A little less excited after Alex-Kotelnik, but it's still an important match-up that has to happen. I'll be there rooting for Bradley come Jan. 29

I seen a brief insight to the pre show on HBO on the Khan Maidana card and i must say i had a hard on , this is not the type of fight where we should expect smack talk and an eventfull build up , this will simply be a great fight once that bell goes :deal , i cant wait for this one TBH im expecting really big things from Alexander and ive got this fight pinned as his coming out party to the world ................

young slick quick opponents after the next... one thing is for sure.. they've done much sharpening. these two don't react too well to hard shots. peterson had bradley phased a couple of times.. and kotelnik gave alexander some trouble.

I want to attend this fight live, but it's like a three hour drive from me. That and it's in Detroit.

The problem is it's not in Detroit! The Pontiac Silverdome has been vacant for years except for a few monster truck shows here and there. That place is old and gray! There is nothing to do in or around Pontiac!!! Its 40 mins from Downtown Detroit where it should be. Thats where all the casinos and nightlife is. Im going to go but it sucks to be out in Pontiac then have to drive back to Detroit for the after parties and fun. Pontiac is a ghost town!

This is what's wrong with boxing. You have the two best boxers in their weight class and there is almost no hype for this fight. It was the same thing before Williams/Martinez.

Sven Ottke always sold out, Ward is very popular, people bought Pacquiao-Clottey andthey couldn't wait to see De La Hoya-Hopkins. The actual action in the ring have little bearing to the overall buzz, only the sharp eyed see a bad style clash. The problem is Fat F*** Gary Shaw and Old Man Don King not reaching out to the fans anymore. This is a HUGE fight for the United States national scene but promoters spent zero time in the past couple of weeks - and years - making sure when such event occurs, people would go kill each other for tickets. Pathetic.

If Bradley-Alexander creates no buzz, what hope boxing has in the US?
