dude i addressed all your points. i dont understand what you're talking about. i really dont get how cotto's not gonna get to the target. clottey's gonna stand right in front of him with the earmuffs up. sure that might frustrate cotto, but what im telling you is i bet he will find a way around that.

also. are you even reading my posts? i said last post that clottey DOES throw back. he throws back all the time. ive never seen him in a fight that he doesn't throw back and therefore i can't name one. i get the feeling you're COMPLETELY missing my point.

Clottey tends to wait a lot and that's not the style to beat Cotto, it's known already what style troubles Cotto and I've been saying it since the Torres fight. Aggression, a decent chin and stamina, if you have these three then Cotto is in for hell, otherwise waiting and looking to "box" just won't work because that's what Cotto wants. Clottey doesn't have the stamina to keep up his activity either even if he decides to and he had a blown up, way past it coming off two physically damaging losses Corrales(RIP) out of it since round 7 and didn't know how to finish. Cotto has a UD win over Mosley, who has Clottey showed serious boxing ability against?, I don't think that he has the power to trouble Cotto too or back him off.

I understanding your point but I'm not agreeing with your points thats all...Its clear as day that you're pulliing for Cotto and I'm pulling for Clottey so to be totally honest...I can think of a million different ways that Clottey will win and given your past post...you can come up with a millions ways Cotto takes this...Its not a matter of me being a ******* to you or whatever you may think...I just think Clottey will push Cotto to the edge and ekk out a victory thats all...As you can see..there arent many Clottey fans on here so I'm one of the few thats backing my boy to the bitter end...Nothing wrong with that homie!:good

Unless Clotty is able to fully utilize his so called duribility and superior toughness I expect cotto to win a clear cut ud by simply outclassing josh...still it will a tough fight because of josh's intangibles but he just doesn't bring enough glaring attributes to the table. Clottys probably the toughest opponent availble right now for cotto to face and vice versa so kudos to both men for making it happen.

I think majority of the fans knows cotto is gonna win. Plus everyone is so pumped up to see mayweather vs pacquiao this year that many fans here wants cotto to lose so the cotto-pacman fight doesn't happen.

"Hopefully" does not mean **** to me. I have yet to see him fight an effective 12 without tiring, so until I do, I will base my prediction off of his previous performances.

Clottey digs to the body, and has a killer uppercut - and Cotto is susceptible to both. Cotto will want an impressive performance to silence the doubters, so I think he will go for a KO in the early middle part of the fight. Clottey's D is too good and he will not be hurt this, however, Cotto will burn a lot of energy. Then, like I said, Clottey will take the rounds and win a decision. I do not see him knocking Cotto out, but it will be even sweeter if he does.

People keep saying that about him being tired in the Chico fight but what about the Judah fight (thats his most recent fight) He didnt seem to tire in that fight and he was getting stronger as the fight went on....I'll give you that about Chico but if I'm not mistaked the phrase we use in the boxing world is " You can judge a fighter by his last fight "(or something to that extent). Clottey shows that he figures fighters out in the first couple of rounds before he turns it up....I guess we watch two different fighters in Clottey.

We can bring up this Clottey hasnt faced anyone but lets not forget it was hard as hell for my man to even get anyone in the rign with him...Lets not forget he tried to get fights with Cintron, Margorito rematch, and Paul Williams...None of these guys wanted to face him so that probably why he hasnt fought anyone of note...It takes 2 to make a fight and Clottey was pushing for it...So I dont get why so many people like to bring this up given that he's pushed for high profile but was turned down by HBO (Williams\Clottey) or he was just flat out rejected (Margorito, Cintron, Berto)

what i'm saying is after the loss cotto will be smarter than that. he's not gonna wear himself out trying to knock out a durable fighter with good D.

Ideally yes - I guess we will see. He either realizes Clottey can take a punch, and will try to play it safe and outbox Clottey; or, his loss to Margo is a ****** on his back, and he wants an impressive knockout to feel he's back on top.

It would be much more exciting if he desperately wants the KO, but will play to Clottey's favor.

Ehh Cotto's had his issues but their surely not glaring I recall cotto countering and boxing extremely well towards the end of his mosley bout he stopped zab in the tenth and pulled away the last three rounds vs malanaggi...I think fans tend to exaggerate or even worse just don't have the ability to evaulate what fighters are doing during particular rounds.
