Berchelt vs Valdez should be the most exciting. Diaz is my favorite out of the group so that's a close second

Berchelt-Valdez by a mile. Should be lots of fun for the whole family while it lasts.

    Voted Berchelt vs Valdez

    Herring vs Frampton at #2
    Diaz vs Rahkimov at #3

I admit I have little knowledge of Rahkimov so that limits my perspective on the match up. I get the feeling Diaz may be overlooking this a little and who knows what the lay off can do.

Do you guys think Russel Jr could clean out 126-130?

I’m not seeing any standouts except for him.

There’s not really much reference points to assess how good nyambayar is, I mean he was unbeaten - so to answer your question, maybe.

As for what makes GRJ stand out, I’m not sure, maybe it’s the speed. It’s ridiculous. Could be one of those guys where that’s all he has though. He has only lost to Loma which I can give him a pass for, but he does need to step up his competition.

Very good fighter, spectacularly fast hands. But I don’t think he has the will to clean out the division. Nor do I think he has the physical and mental fortitude to walk thru the fire it would require he walk thru.

There is a reason he is never mentioned in these sorts of conversations.

His hands are ridiculous fast. Unfortunately he’s just not active enough and his sustained level of competition, has been overall disappointing, with a couple of exceptions.

It shows in his results, his early fights were the must see events of a top spec tearing thru the ranks. Now, it’s “meh”, he’s hardly discussed, and he’s an afterthought in his own division. All that and he’s only ever lost to Lomachenko.
