Which 140-147 Fighter has better chance than Pacquaio of beating Mayweather?

But i would give Bradley the best chance given his skill level and competitive fire. Khan is too basic for Floyd.

Bradley. He has the aggression, the speed, the style, and determination to give Floyd a handful. No one is knocking Floyd out, but outworking and outlanding is the best way to go.
