Which ACTIVE, or recently retired fighter(s) would you rate above Pacquiao?

    When I say "recently retired", I mean guys that fought their last fight no later than the 90s or late 80s...obviously, there are many guys who fought before then who'd some of you rate above Pacquiao.

    But my opinion? The one and only guy who fought within the last 15 or 20 years and is above Pacquiao is Sugar Ray Leonard. And maybe...MAYBE Roberto Duran.

    you can't be an ATG fighting police officers, teachers, nurses etc, then get koed by tarver, journeyman glenn johnson. he's great but not ATG.

    And i think Pac is almost on Par with Whittaker,Chavez. One big win(Mosley,Mayweather) and he passes them.

    I'm a Jones fan but I won't deny Pacquiao is more accomplished.

    Like others said the 3 guys who are certainly higher than Pac are Whitaker, SRL and Duran.
