The shot would be him killing himself or them killing him. Don't forget that it's dark there too so if he'd have fired a warning shot they won't be 100% where he was aiming at so he'd have been shot. If he'd have pointed the weapon at them a few would have reacted not just one.

I think Moat might have been shot by the police actually. BBC news said reports of 'gunfire' rather than of a 'gunshot'.

By the sound of it he may have been shot by the police before they jumped on him. Would they have been able to shoot him to temporarily injur him ? Say, shoot him in the arm (Gun-touting arm) and then as the weapon drops out, ruch him ?

The officers who initially had him surrounded were literally about 15-20 ft away from him so it's possible

I've never played COD. Most people I know love it.

 

COD is crap. Played it on the PS3. Single player was okay but easy except for the veteran mode which was ridiculous and had millions of never ending soldiers. The multi-player is filled with spaz's that play all day and know where to camp in the maps and own you repeatedly.

 

Oh, for ****'s sake! The shobox card starts at 4am. I'm not staying up till then!
