Evertime I play out my scenerios, I only have one american advancing into the semis (assuming Taylor doesnt win a fight). So, basically im saying who out of Ward and Dirrell is goint to the semi finals and what chance do they have at going to the finals? Personally I think Ward will, but you never know.

Don't rule Taylor out. It's a long shot, but if he can knock out Ward (3pts), he'll have more than Froch's 2pts for beating Dirrell, which puts him in the running whether the Andres go 0-6 or not.

Yea and thats true and I know its boxing and anything can happen, but I honestly dont think that is gonna happen. Now if Kessler brutaly knocks out Ward then i guess ill take that into consideration. Plus the Andres fight eachother so its impossible for them to go winless

Ward has a great chance. Dirrell does if he uses his ability and doesn't run. Its tough though given he has to face Ward who's more technically rounded, and given he's also got to face Abraham and he's already on nil.

They could draw - 1 point each, if they each lose their other two fights that puts them in the bottom of the seeding unless Taylor does go 0-3. :deal

Lol i completely forgot about draws. In that case they actually both have a chance at making the finals .

I like Ward's chances (especially considering he doesn't already have a loss like the other two), followed by Taylor, then Dirrell.

Ward is in a good position because unlike his other american counterparts, he is actually the favorite in two of his fights, where Dirrell and Taylor are the underdogs in every fight, not that that matters in the longs run because anything can happen, but on paper he definately has the advantage.
