well if you base your opinion on Lopez just based on his resume theres a lot of fighters that rank ahead of him on a list of ATG,but if you based it on skills he ranks high with the best.

You have to take into account H2H, and hypothetically what his resume would look like if he actually had some other great fighters in his division. It would look outstanding, theirs nothing the guy didn't have.

Ricardo Lopez without a doubt. Like Joe he's undefeated but 50-0...but unlike Joe Ricardo has a resume with a lot of substance, fighting the best in his division during his prime and even post prime form.

its his skills that put Lopez high on lists cause is resume is nothing special even Calzaghe has a better resume than Ricardo.

I only consider the all-time top 50 worthy of the title "atg", so imo none of them are ATGs. None of them are even close.

Roy Jones, Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao. These guys are the ATGs of this era.

Guys like Lopez, Calzaghe and Tszyu just do not have the resume. Not even close, as I said.

nice you put threshold on your ATG...i would go far an include maybe top 120-130 and consider them ATG. i really feel trinidad, dela hoya and tyson should really be considered ATG

it's subjective just as who do you consider elite p4p boxers today, top 10 p4p only or extend it to top 20 and allow montiel, john, klits and donaire to be considered elite at this moment..

True, they are all ATG's, but Calzaghe is the King of ATG's. He even looked bored against other Atg's like Bhop and Roy Jones. And if anyone tries to say, "it was against an old Bhop or old ROy Jones." let me remind you , this is was an "old" Calzaghe that looked bored too.
