See thats the thing. I do think Pac has the better resume overall but how big can a gap between fighters really be when one fighter sensationally KOs the other If the gaps between their resumes truly is astronomical as you put it then that would suggest that resumes are not a great way to judge fighters
Tarver's accomplishments don't equate to Jones. He just either had his number or got a little lucky. Sure, he is good, but he isn't Jones. Hopkins dismantled him in a far more telling show of where Tarver actually stands on the skill totem. Sometimes a guy a grade below just has your number in particular. (Benitez makes a fool of Duran, Duran takes Moore's soul, Moore KO's Benitez in a few rounds - all those fights were easy work for the winner.) Moore is not on Benitez' level ... and Benitez might not have been on Duran's level in the final ****ysis.
resumes are a terrible and pathetic way to judge how bad, good or great a fighter is. getting the fights for a jmm had always been tough. always he risk low reward, only since he became a sr citizen has he been able to get the fights. sr citizen in boxing terms. he was supposed to be shot and old for like 5 yrs now. since floyd made him look like a club fighter, that was supposed to be the end of him. guess not
Floyd. He never puts the fans before his bank balance, rap*s the sport and has become a circus act. He's like Tyson-Lite.
I think that styles make fights but if a fighter is really significantly worse than another fighter then generally he should lose regardless. If one fighter beats another fighter, then he is, generally speaking, in or around the league of the other fighter. At least thats how I see it.
I love **** fighting. Roy Jones Jr. used to be an aficionado of the sport. When Tito Trinidad retired he dedicated his time to rooster fights as well (that and pro wrestling). Nothing wrong with it. Now fighters I dislike...just Margarito.
Hate is simply too strong a word for men who put their lives on the line for our entertainment. Sure their are fighters who are not for me , but hate , nah its too much.
what does that have to do with anything ? i've been all over the world, and i LOVE breakin the law and doing really dumb sh!t that most would consider very bad by any standards. i just dont try to come off as a child that can do no wrong, i know how much wrong i've done and continue to do but that doesnt mean i like every dude that tries to come off as their sh!t dont stink. my sh!t stinks terribly and i'm damn proud of how bad it stinks. it meant many many great memorable nights most could only have nightmares about. what do you even mean by that ? if you yourself even know
Youre not alone bro You want a GENIUNE nice guy - take a look at Gennady But 99% of the world seems to think Manny is a genuinely lovely guy Glad im not the only one who sees through his blatantly transparent facade Just remember my friend https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAyKJAtDNCw
Pacquiao... and its not even him that i dont like, its his fanboys. It's sad when you hate a boxer cause those people just wont shut the h e double hockey sticks up. You would think from what they say, the guy is god, when in actuality he is a very flawed fighter, has great speed and power yes, but makes so many mistakes. exciting to watch at times. just got tired of watching him feast on 1 foot in the grave or weight drained fighters
aww, so cute you are. I dont hate any Boxer but I do think Mayweather is the biggest disgrace in boxing history. And the reason for that is all new an up coming pro fighters will try to take the Mayweather route. And you cant blame them. They see how much money he has made fightning no-one and allways avoid the hardest opponents. Mayweather might be the death of pro US boxing.
