Jimmy Wilde did it in the boxing booths ,but of course they were mugs not boxers.

 

I bet Jack Johnson could have pulled this off during his era.
(He prob did, I can imagine he knocked out quit a few before and after his fight's..lol)

 

A lot of fighters could have.

Bob Fitzsimmons once knocked out seven fighters back to back in under 19 rounds and all were over 200 lbs to his 167 or whatever.

Tony Gallento also knocked out six fighters ack to back while swilling beer between rounds.

If they were journeymen then a world class fighter can just go through them.

 

Jack Johnson somtimes fought two fringe contenders one after the other.

Johnson was waylaid by a gang of toughs in London one night, he is supposed to have kod 5 of them and the others ran for it.

 

LaMar Clark made a career of knocking out local would-be toughs and assorted spuds and apparently stopped 6 men in a total of 7 rounds in one day.

The man had a 90% KO record with a 44-3 (43) record but literally fought guys with 0-7,0-3 or 2-9 records exclusively,except for a young Cassius Clay who KO'd him in 2.

A true sideshow fighter if ever there was one.

 

I love that movie:good My old buddy Alex Garcia takes a dive at the end Use to train at Bennys jet Center in Van Nuys when he was coming up, I was a young teen but he always talked with me alot was real cool. Okay but to answer your question those guys werent journeyman they were more like toughman type guys. I think any top10 or even 20 heavyweight could whup 10 toughman guys in one night. Even alot of elite world class guys in the lower weights could pull it off even though the opponents were heavyweight types.
