Who didn't he fight besides cheater Margarito? Cotto was never a viable opponent at 147. Paul Williams didn't have a big enough name. Pacquaio ducked testing in '10. Mosley had a tooth ache in '06. Martinez was a MW. SO WHO DIDN'T HE FIGHT?

Yeah Zab would be my pick. I think if he were more disciplined and changed trainers early in his career he would probably become an atg. But we will never know foe sure. All I can say for sure is he definitely had all the tools.

He was a very talented lazy *******, but he did not have the most unfulfilled potential IMO.

Take a close look at the Tokyo Dome on Feb 11, 1990 for the evidence

    Naseem Hamed. Hands down.

I know people love to hate him, but that guy would make good boxers or fighters look like they had no right to be in the same ring as him. His natural gifts of power, reflexes, and his unorthodox style were absolutely wasted on a guy who had no regard for them.

There's a reason that Steward, who trained many, many greats thought Naseem may have been the best of them all. It's a real shame his attitude didn't match his gifts.

In my opinion, if he had got his **** in gear he would've been the guy that EVERYONE talks about forever.
