For me, It was Lennox Lewis. I thought Holyfield would beat the **** out of him. How wrong I was about those fights and his skills at the time...
I was also rooting Rahman in the rematch... we all know how that ended.

I still can`t stand him, but being objective, I have to recognize him as a top 15, maybe top 10 all time HW. He was KTFO twice, but avenged those losses in convincing fashion. He was a quality fighter who stepped up in all of his big fights...

Lewis was a little before my time I got into boxing in 99. I was rooting for him against Tito who knocked Joppy silly jumping up to MW and him beating Pavlik and Tarver with ease was surprising.

I always picked against Cotto. He has proven me wrong so many times I just dont pick against him anymore. Funny, I had Corley, Torres, Malignaggi, Mosley, and Judah all going to beat him. I finally gave in and said he would beat Margo.

Agreed. Like De Niro said in a Bronx Tale "the saddest thing in life is wasted talent"

Hopkins proved me wrong against Tito, Tarver and Pavlik. I root for him in every fight, but I couldn`t see him beating those guys THAT EASY....

    :D

I stopped betting against Cotto after all the (little amount of) money I lost in the Torres, Malignaggi and Mosley fights. Just when I was convinced that he's actually has a unique way to get that W in any cicrumstances, he met Margarito lol.
