Agree, it's a shame. He was doing so well until he got sparked by Haye, then everything completely fell apart

    1. Margarito, he got caught trying to cheat and is suspended
    2. Juan Diaz, no one will take him seriously if he doesnt get out of houston
    3. David Haye, and I'm haye fan, but his credibility has gone down the tubes as of late

Think if i had to do a top 3, id have

    1. Margarito
    2. Pavlik
    3. Haye

Macinarellis a good pick, but he was never top tier
Hatton was finished long before Manny brought it to mass attention

Pavlik's possibly been ruined by Hopkins
Hes missed the huge middleweight showdown with Abraham
Hes pulled out the PW fight
Hes got drink issues and run into trouble with the law

Is making double digit million for 6 minutes of work really the most disastrous? I know he was KO'd in brutal fashion but I'd rather be him than Pavlik, Margarito, Haye. **** that's what Haye's looking for.

I agree, i dont think Rick'ys year was anywhere near as bad as those other guys

Still, for him it was hell of a traumatic year

He genuinely believed he was going to win, and he got absolutely destroyed

With time he'll heal, and enjoy the millions he made, but this year will have been hellish

Oh it's definitely been bad I'm not denying that. But at least he made plenty of money from it. Haye won't fight anyone. And Pavlik seems to be going thru some serious issues.

Hatton got knocked out but at least he got in the ring. Out of the three choices Haye currently, needs to prove alot of people wrong.

Yep. He's the only one in jail (although he isn't the one that committed assault). He would have fought for his first title now.

I don't know how the answer can't be Enzo Maccarinelli. You could actually nominate him for the worst two-year span. Who even knows what would have happened had Banks not pulled out of their scheduled fight.
