At least Hatton made a boatload vs Pac.

Haye had a rough year but he didn't lose to anyone so he can still rest on the positive momentum of his last fight against Barrett. His nose has also been relatively clean outside of the ring.

Pavlik lost out on fights against Sturm, Wright, Abraham and Williams and looks destined to be written off to obscurity. His last fight was against Mustache Antonio Rubio in Feb and he's been battling outside the ring issues coming with fame and potentially bad advice. Just a bad year for him.

I can understand voting for Hatton or someone else, but I voted for Pavlik. Public perception is very important in boxing, so even though most of the bull**** about Pavlik was in fact pure "Grade A" bull****, no fighters reputation has suffered more in 2009 that Kelly Pavlik's.

Hatton. Everything came crashing down against Pac.

He wasn't supposed to beat Floyd, we all knew that.. but he was supposed to destroy Pac.. and he didn't just get beat, he got KTFO.

    That's a bad year.

I'd say Victor Ortiz is a candidate as well.. from rising superstar.. to TKO'd and Quit.. just like that.

I can't believe anyone said Enzo.. shows how Brit's can't think outside their box.. Enzo was a hype-job who was exposed by Haye. He was irrelevant outside the UK after losing to Haye.
