    good responses however remember its over their career all in , not just fights

    also its not who is richest NOW but who has made the most tyson made over 300 million dollars but foreman made all that boxing money PLUS his grill campaign made more than boxing ever did, THEN he sold the rights for 500 mil according to him and he still works for them on huge salary plus the HBO roles etc etc

    Foreman probably IMO made the most , probably gave alot away I wonder how much oscar makes from promoting another interesting angle here!!

    theres gotta be figures however oscar prob invested so much into promoting that we wont know yet ???

    didn't ali sel the rights to his name recently? (i.e. past 5 years) thought he sold them for a few hundred million dollars or so.....

    so everything sold with his name on it nowadays is not earning his royalties anymore

    Foreman made millions as well in the 1970 he AND ali got the biggest purse ever at 5 mil a piece and sure thats probably 20 mil today but we can only count the dollars sorry !!!

    Hogan didmt even turn down the grill. His manager or agent , some one like that took the call and was offerd the concept of a blender and a grill but didnt understand the grill and decided blenders were more popular. I wonder if he got fired lol

    Is this money from boxing events directly or from events + endorsements and the like? either way, I think Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, and De La Hoya are easily towards the top with George Foreman, Lennox Lewis, Mayweather, Pacquiao amongst others making up a second tier

    in the ring its tyson he made more money than anyone else dunno whether oscar has over taken with goldenboy or foreman with his grill but in the ring tyson earned the most

    im sure ali was rumoured to be earning around 60 million per year recently with endorsements, adidas, naming rights etc he was near the top of some highest earning athletes a last year i think

    Probably Oscar,then Foreman.I also read that German heavyweight of a by gone era,Max Schmeling had the exclusive German distribution rights for Coca Cola at one time.That must have made him a ****ing fortune.:deal
