Lamotta in with a shout? You could say SRR. It takes incredible warrior spirit to craft a career and legacy as the GOAT.

ali gets underestimated in here. remember he got tagged by a much stronger bigger prime george foreman, ali had a kind of fear in his eyes, he knew he couldnt slugg it out with him, because he would have been destroyed by foreman. still he managed to win in a masterful fashion. than even more important he fought frazier and showed he got even more bigger warrior spirit than the great warrior himself joe frazier by not quiting and frazier did quit. you have no power left, you feel like dying as ali said and still throwing the towel doesn't come to your mind, it doesn't get more spirited than this =)

who has more warrior spirit to you, someone who fights relentlessly, no matter if he gets punched wherever, or somebody who head buts, crabs and holds when it gets dirty? marciano or holyfield? for me the answer is obvious and thats why he is on the poll.

Ali also gets points for fighting who he fought and how he fought all past his best days. All past when he lost his most important weapon...His Legs {agility/endurance/speed} after he came back.

So many "Warriors" in this sport. It's hard enough to climb through the ropes, fight in front of a crowd, and have to fight another Pro Fighter...but to take an even greater test, fighting the best, fighting past your best...incredible.
