I wonder why so much effort is often put into these things.

Just shove any pair of shorts on, wrap the hands, get the gloves done and let's have it :yep

C'mon BB, you've gotta put some effort into it and look presentable in the workplace. lol

I can tell by that tough, that you'd have a Tyson esque approach if you were a fighter. What apparel fighters wear kind of reflects their mentality and style.

I'm a bit of a contradiction/mish mash..... I'm probably the most laid back easy going type but also no nonsense and won't take any **** :D

There'd be no entourage either, I'm the one getting punched in the face so I should get the £££££

The black and red addidas one JM Marquez had in his last fight with Juan Diaz were actually very decent. Id have worn them in the street

Cottos NY yankee ones he had for the foreman fight were decent too.

Khan tends to wear glittery trunks which are 9 sizes to big and looks a right berk

I was going to say Bennie Briscoe

    Simple is best.

I have blue ones with a white stripe. And blue mid length boots to match.

Brillient. I would also be no nonsense, but i would definitely have an entourage though.

Upon entering the ring, I'd have the gym towel around my neck and under the robe. Someone like Panama Lewis would be in my corner and he would have the "special mix" ready for me in the championship rounds.

To complete the look, i would have petroleum jelly from my forehead down to my ankles to make the punches slide off me. I would even mix in some ammonia with the vaseline ala Sonny Liston, but all the while I'd be rocking my adidas 3 striped speed boots, mid length white trunks with the stripe and those knee length socks, LOL!

Oh, and I would have that scowl expression on my face, ala Gary Lockett before the Pavlik fight.

    Can you say...BADASS! :D

You'd probably put up a better fight than Lockett also.

I'd imagine myself as someone like Hagler..... just an all round bad dude.

No entourage..... ''he can't take those guys in the ring with him'' and all that.

Plus I hate people that get everything handed to them on a plate :D

    Ouch

I've got signed ones of these at home

Have I sneakily put them on and made angry fight poses in a full length mirror??

    Maybe!

Naz's Leopard prints for me. His boxing speed and reflexes suited that pattern.

You must be really proud with the some of the stuff your boys at number 10 have been getting up to, recently....;) (notice i've stayed away from making any disparaging remarks).

Btw, gentlemen. Who said boxing doesn't bring people together? Here are me and BB who sit at opposite ends of the political spectrum, brought together in love and harmony by the sweet science.

I'm guessing there's a paradox in Beeston's political views and his 'situation' though...I'm just saying...:D

    :think

I'd like to have seen them do things slightly differently..... leave the EU, scrap foreign aid, boot out all illegals and asylum seekers with no right of appeal, bring back the death penalty for pedos/murderers and fine petty criminals rather than lock them up.

Plus they should offer rewards for grassing benefit scroungers.

As I've said I'm a contradiction..... on some things I'm further right than Nick Griffin and on others I'm nearly as leftist as Gaz  such as the NHS etc.

    I'm a twat I know :yep

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Anyways...... back to topic......

That skirt type thing Joe Calzaghe wore in one of his fight, looked shocking TBH.
