I got into boxing when my friend showed me some Hamed fights. Then I saw Barrera vs Hamed and was hooked on Barrera. I immediately downloaded as many Barrera fights as I could and from then on I was hooked.

Barrera was a stone-cold killer in his youth, ****ing flawless.

After a couple of months of following boxing, Hopkins vs Tito was on. That day Hopkins became my favorite fighter.

    I guess i've been a fan since early 2001.

    Rocky.

Don't laugh, Sly Stallone and his series of Rocky movies contributed a great deal to my generation's interest in boxing.

Chris Eubanks, I really wanted to see someone ko him brutally, but as I got older I started to appreciate the man and the sweet science in general.
    Thanks Chris!

the first fight of Marco Antonio Barrera vs. Erik Morales. I was eleven or twelve years old at the time, my family got together, ordered the fight and I was just hooked immediately.

The first fight I saw was Hagler-Hearns, and at the time, I thought all boxing matches were that great and exciting.

I was mostly a casual fan, having watched Mike Tyson throughout the 80s and other big fights later on like Bowe-Holyfield.

I didn't start becoming a bigtime fan until around the time Golota twice battered Riddick Bowe.

Roy Jones Jr and Tito Trinidad made my boxing experience wonderful... Since then Miguel Cotto has brought me back to the sport I dearly loved. We are truly blessed to have such a strong young crop of fighters shinning today. Thanks to guys like Cotto, Pavlik, Pac, Hatton, and other notables not mentioned boxing has secured itself as the best combat sport out there.
