    Chavez Jr, who made his debut at the age of 17, did so weighing in at 130.
    A little over two years later, he was competing at 147.

    Ray Robinson went from feather to light heavyweight.

    I guess people who started under HW is ok, just not after people who just "got fat" like a lot of hw's do, i am more interested in people who moved up in weight the correct way etc.

    Beat me to it... Definitely the most extreme example ever. Especially considering he was a massive CW and would have been a decent sized HW had ever waged a serious campaign there.
