haa brought up 2 major things a boxer has
over a street fighter 1.conditioning and
2.stamina. I think most boxers could take the biggest shots a random joe could throw and just let them punch themselves out like ali did. In a street fight most guys just enrage and fight flurrying and headhunting like idiots . A decent fighter could counter punch in a street fight and have a field day

 

Zab laid some dude out in a street fight in Miami with one punch. Guy was considerably bigger than Zab.... had to weigh at least 220+.

Well first of all, You're all assuming people somehow will know they are about to face off with a professional boxer...

The main elements to a successful attack are surprise and speed....

So, the average guy will be expecting a loaded up looping right hand, and the boxer will give him something else. End of fight

The mma fighter, will also be expecting a sloppy punch. And will most likely try to win the fight using his hands. (Why would any sane person use risky tactics such as kicks and take downs, when they can beat someone using their hands? ) The mma fighter will also be in for a rude suprise....

You know which boxers would make the worst street fighters? The ones who throw haymakers on their boxing bags in the garage and dream about beating real boxers in the "street"
