Met Kell Brook and Ryan Rhodes a few months back on had a quick chat. Both just seemed like normal, OK blokes.

  4. Frankie Gavin is a funny lad. Doesn't like a certain Mr Palmer though.

Ronnie Heffron is probably the quietest person I've ever met..... just nods and smirks

Tyson Fury. Sound. I was steamin'. 'What happened with John McDermott?!?' Tyson was jovial, and promised a better showing second time round.

John Murray. I told him to fight Valero because he was beatae. He was, but not by Murray.

John Thaxton. Had just retired so thanked him for the good nights. He was gracious and accommodating.

Met Jean Pascal (gave me time; very respectful, met him twice and second time I had a proper convo' with him. A gent'.

Antonio Tarver: Embraced me like a brother. First thing I said to him was "Shiiiit!!! Tarver!!! You knocked out my hero". He jokingly raise his left fist, and offered his right, we shook hands and he gave me a shoulder bump. Class.

Steve Ede (former Cello Renda victim and Prizefighter entrant): at the gym I used to go to. Only said hello to him a few times and joined in on a few convos. Sound guy, told me the gym was a journeyman gym and he had to put a lot of work in outside off his own initiative to get in better shape.

Not all Brits but that's....I think every fighter I've met.

    That was a good night.

    Ola Afolabi and Duke McKenzie

Duke was sheer class, took a pic and seemed really surprised and happy to have people ask. Seemed humble fella...

Ola i was standing outside Peacock looking to see Mayweather that day and spun round and saw this fella and said to my mate 'swear that's Ola..' and he turned back and said 'yo man it is! how's going man? you good?' come over shook hands and took a pick and spoke a little.

    Both guys were class acts.

Derek Chisora, James De Gale, Cleverly, Kell Brook, Don Broadhurst all nice guys especially De Gale i've seen him at a couple of shows and he always seems to have a lot of time for his fans.

Bellew seemed like a decent bloke also, didn't talk to him myself but did see him signing stuff and talking to fans.

Also sparred with a couple of journeyman nothing to noteable to say, one of them did cheap shot me after the bell went though wasn't too impressed.

Remember meeting Richard 'The Secret' Williams as a kid at Earlsfield ABC at a show, I was bloody shy those times there. He was really nice guy though he seemed like Duke in terms of being shocked and happy at people being interested in his autograph.

I've spoken with Frankie Gavin before. He was a true gent, happy to give an interview. Easy to talk to and seemed a nice all round bloke.

Ashley Theophane - great to talk to. Very smart lad

I bumped into James Degale as had a little chat with him. Didn't seem as arrogant as people make him out to be

Big Anthony Joshua but I was drunk

  15. Adil Anwar is a nice kid, doesn't say much.

A mate of mine is quite good pals with Kurt Bromberg, who (I think) has packed in.... I'm sure he said he was going to start trying Muay Thai fighters in Leeds.
