I met Gavin Rees & Bradley Pryce at the Calzaghe-Kessler fight. Me and Dad were sat next to 'em, but they were hammered (or on their way at least) and ****ed off to shout at their birds who had gone down a tier to speak to 'some page 3 girls'.

 

I've met loads over the years but the ones that were really special were:

Enzo Mac - total lack of pretension. Happy to mingle with fans and sign anything. Courteous to everyone around him and even helped the girls in the bar collect glasses when they couldn't get through the crowd. Very self-deprecating and a total lack of self-importance. Genuine nice guy.

Ensley Bingham/Carl Thompson - Wayne Llewellyn sat down next to me in a huff following an unsatisfactory win in Newcastle. The guys were sitting behind me and I was debating with the Mrs whether I should interrupt them and ask for autographs. They overheard me, dragged me up to the row behind and spent time chatting with me. Absolute gentlemen.

 

I like that...total of lack of self importance...Fedor is like that.

No Brit fighters but I met Cotto and his fat mate took the **** outta me for saying "cheers mate". I would have laid the **** out if I didn't have the uncomfortable mess in my pants after ejaculating in them from shaking Cotto's hand (no homo).
