I met Dave Benson-Phillips from Get Your Own Back and Bepe DiMarco from Eastenders in Abergaveny in the 90's.

  3. A former rugby team mate of mine Lee Smith was dating Verity Rushworth (ex-Emmerdale actress) a couple of years ago.

I was in the casino with my boss and he was there with her and a few of her colleagues..... she's one of the nicest, most down to earth people you can ever meet.

Sammy Winward - I usually go for brunettes, but :love

It's like she's trying to lure me in with those lovely daffodils.

Met Enzo Mac once out in swansea, top bloke. my aunt got a picture taken with him for free because he didnt have a pen to sign autographs and she gave him one

My old man is friends with a local former boxer Miguel Mathews who fought Naseem Hamed and beat Scott Harrison. apparently he held the ropes down when Hamed was doing his summersault into the ring and made him fall on his ass  nice guy apparently, just a bit nuts . . . then again youd have to be after having 84 losses and still keep fighting (only 8 came by knockout though so fair play to the guy)

got my pic tookwith David Haye, he was really cool and really strikes me as just one of the lads on a lads lad level. It was at a fight he was promoting and he stood around afterwards just talking to fans as though it was all good, which it was.

Ricky Burns, Kenny Anderson, Barry Morrison, Michael Gomez, Joe Egan, Martin Watson are the most reasonably well known ...also Juan Manuel Marquez and Nacho Berestain.

  10. I thought DeGale seemed alright too when I was at York Hall.

I didn't go and speak to him but he had plenty of time to talk to people that did, and didn't have any flunkies on hand to keep people away.
