Which Brit fighters have you met and what were they like?

Frankie Gavin - Mental, but genuinely brilliant lad
Tony Bellew - Brilliant, brilliant lad
Anthony Farnell - Superb bloke, genuinely
Heffron (Ronnie) - Top lad, although its like getting blood out of a stone talking to him haha
Paul Butler - Top lad
Dean Byrne - Sound enough, never spoke to him in deph but always had the time to chat briefly.
Matty Hall - Really nice, good boxing knowledge too
Terry Dunstan - seemed nice, took the time to chat.
Michael Gomez - No time for him really
Ricky Hatton - Was sound each time i've met him.
Matthew Hatton - Nob!
John Murray - Seemed sound as, funny bloke
James Degale - Sound actually, as much as I never expected it
Jamie Moore - Top bloke signed a glove for me winning Best Boxer despite me not asking and spent a while in the mess chatting with us all.
Khalid Yafai - Nice kid
Clinton Woods - nice bloke, very accomodating.
Ant Crolla - Nice bloke, infact very very nice bloke
Joe Selkirk - Seemed nice enough
Don Broadhurst - Seemed ok, didnt speak much like

 

Is Matthew Hatton really a nob? Or is it just his public persona?

 

Can only speak from personal opinion mate but he was a nob with me both times i've met him. :good

I remember someone bumping into Matthew Hatton in bogs in Vegas. Remember the poster saying he was a mug.

Don't agree with this one. I met him at an amateur boxing show he was just stood at the side watching on his own and had a lot of time for pics and autographs when everyone noticed. Good of him to just go and support local boxing I thought.

 

I've met Willie Limond and he was sound, spent five minutes chatting away to me about boxing in general.

met most of the manchester based boxers, all sound.above em all though was when me and son met dieggo corales.Was at the brodie v harrison show at M.E.N.
He was just walkin past us to his seat, i shouts him over brief chat and i asked him "how the **** did you get up in that tenth round" he just beat his heart and said,..was my time man,MY WAR, was my time,....this was bout several weeks only after the fight.Quality,had pic taken with son.Winky wright was with him and jeff lacey, all seemed nice nuff.
Teddy atlas was nice guy, when i met him at a show.Had a chat with him about his book, he seemed suprised it was doing so well here in U.K.
