Which British fight are you most looking forward to this year?

I really like Liam Williams vs
Liam Smith, could be a war.

 

Would love to see Eubank jr v George Groves. Doubt it happens though. Closely followed by Campbell v Flanagan.

 

I've been a bit out the loop how good is Eubanks Jr, I've seen him a few times on TV and he looked amazing but a friend who used to be a boxer said that is not top level, what are your thoughts?

I am with you on the Brook Spence fight, really looking forward to it, are any of the rumours true that this may be off.

 

Frampton v selby

 

Smith vs williams for me is the stand out. A true domestic 50/50.

Brook vs spence, and davis vs walsh are very good fights as well.

 

He certainly could be top level as a Middleweight, but my opinion doesn't stand if he moves full time to Super. Thing is, super is likely where the decent fights are for him, against other british fighters, money wise. Against Groves at super that could potentially be a massive money fight, although I would totally expect Groves to win well, because I don't think Eubank has the power to step up.

 

Of the ones that have been made: Brooke/Spence.
The ones that I'd like to see be made: BJS/Golovkin or BJS/Lemieux

Just my opinion. But that is the great thing about boxing, we can theorise all day long but until competitive fights are made and a fighters asked questions in the ring , we can never be sure.

 

There are lots of great fights coming up and some have been mentioned in here which are all good. But for me, has to be AJ vs Klitchsko. Really intriguing fight.

i personally don't rate him, no power, very wild and misses, awful balance, and wide open for counters, but has an effective workrate against lower opposition...best i could say is he's "decent"

 

i'm overly excited for Brook/Spence, on the base of it, its a GREAT fight, but with the added unknowns (how will brooks eye hold up, will he make the weight, is Spence all hype) just makes it even better than it already is
