    None of them would beat ward but froch has the best chance a slim one but the best out the 3, none of these could out box ward no chance hed have to be roughed up and dragged into a war only froch has the slim chance of pulling that off

    I don't fancy any of them to beat Ward who imo is on another level to all other Super Middles not just our ones;

    Degale has some skill but can be sloppy and switch off in fights, George groves can box with the best but can be caught and hurt, Carl Froch couldn't handle him first time round and at his age I doubt he could change enough to turn around the decision!

    He adapts his style to nullify his opponents strengths. I would like to see him either fight GGG or Kovalev to see if they can do anything different with him, both are box fighters who can really hit and would have a chance to take him out with a single shot!

    Ward has never faced anyone like Groves or DeGale, he's gone up against slow come forward brawlers over and over again, tailor made for his style. Froch is his only win against arguably elite opposition but Froch's style and attributes match up horribly against Ward.

    Let's not declare Ward as some kind of unbeatable SMW Rigondeaux before we see him in there with a few different styles at top level. The one time he went in with a heavy handed counter puncher in Darnell Boone he got dropped and according to some scorecards lost the fight. Groves and DeGale could both be competitive against him.

    I think DeGale and Ward match up horribly and it would be awful to watch.

    Groves vs Ward would be interesting style-wise because Ward is no heavy hitter so Groves could relax on that front. Would he be going for the knockout or staying outside and trying to outland pot shots?

    Who knows with Callum Smith, he is just a prospect. At 6'3 and strong he could challenge but I could just see Ward tangling him up and headbutting him to death.

    I would rather none of them fight him though to be honest. He is what I consider a boxing parasite. Let's other boxers entertain and accumulate fans whilst he stays in Oakland and spoils and cheats his way through fights. Let him move up to Light Heavy and ruin that division.

    I agree but don't think it would be one sided at all. DeGale is strong, fresh and brings a style Ward hasn't dealt with before, at least in the pro ranks

    Tbh the only one with the experience is Froch but he doesnt have the ability and his style is perfect for Ward. If Groves can beat Dirrel I'd would like to see him fight Ward, mainly because of his style been a good match up. I would love for Ward to get beat, some people will disagree with me, but he contributes nothing to the entertainment side of the sport and relies on spoiling against the popular fighters. Because he's American, he's incredible, he doesn't clinch, he ties up, he doesn't spoil, he nullifies. He doesn't leave America full stop and he gets no criticism. Cuddly, stay at home Andre.

    Ward is certainly the best 168lb fighter on the planet.

    The fighter who may end up beating him short term frankly no-one because of legal issues,long term ring rust is a worry.

    I think froch and groves could KO ward if they land a 'punch from the gods' if you will, but it's really unlikely. I think groves potentially has a better chance as he's quicker than froch. I think froch would go all guns blazing 2nd time around, bute style, but I'd still expect ward to win as I would against groves. Degale vs ward would be horrible, a lot of waiting and a bit of countering for 12 rounds.
