Which Champion/Contender from 160-175 will fight Kessler first?

    Miranda is fighting him next - he's a contender.

    Plus Lacy and Green are in talks for the Mosley/Judah card - so the winner of that fight would be a nice challenge for Kessler. It would be a nice American name for him.

    If Calzaghe vacates: he's might fight Miranda for a vacant belt.

    OK - with Taylor in talks to fight Mayorga and then Jones - I'll go with L. Bute, since he has a title.

    Don't see Dawson dropping down in weight and don't see Kessler moving up.

    Pavlik will be busy at 160 - so I'll stick with Bute.

    I don't know why HBO won't push for a taylor/kessler fight. Both guys came off tremendous performances in losing efforts against the cream of the crop. Neither guys dance card is full and it's an intriguing matchup. One of the best at 168 IMO.

    Maybe for later on in the year. Fight would sell better if both had won their previous fights against names: Miranda and Mayorga.

    Well since he's white and good looking I'm surprised he hasn't gotten a title shot yet :blood

    I think Kessler beats Miranda and then (if there's a just and loving god) eliminates Carl Froch from boxing forever.
