This is something I've been thinking about a lot recently and I figured with the collective base of vast knowledge here in the Classic Forum, that we should be able derive a fairly accurate breakdown.

    Thoughts?

Depends which time period you mean. Do you include the pre gloved boxing era or not?

Australia has the best Featherweights in the world. - Young Griffo, Jeff Fenech, Johnny Famechon, Jimmy Carruthers, Lionel Rose and many others could fight and beat anyone from any country, including the US at that weight, even though some were better in other weight divisions.

my hunch is there is a country with a smaller population that produces more champions per milion than any other. like argentina, ghana or puerto rico?
