    It's the USA, but only because there's more fights there than anywhere else.

    I've seen crooked referees and bad judging in many countries: USA (there's no worse referees in the world than Laurence Cole and Jack Reiss), Canada, the UK (Ian John-Lewis is especially bad), etc.

    And many officials may not be crooked or paid off, but they favor the hometown fighter to please the crowd or perhaps because they are nationalistic.
