In big fights which one is the worst? In recent years in Germany there has been Ottke vs Reid, Sturm vs Macklin, Valuev vs Holyfield, Hernandez vs Ross, Huck vs Lebedev etc In America there has been De La Hoya vs Sturm, Mayweather vs. Castillo, Williams vs Lara, Pacquiao vs. Bradley, Martinez vs. Cintron, Marquez vs Pacquiao 3, De La Hoya vs. Mosely 2, Broner vs Ponce De Leon, Chad Dawson vs. Glen Johnson 1, Scott vs. Glaskov, Alexander vs. Kotelnik, Mora vs Vera, Cunningham vs Adamek 2 In Canada we've had Bute vs Andrade 1, Pascal vs Hopkins (although no terrible) In England you could argue Froch might have robbed Dirrel in recent years. So which country would you say is the worst to travel to to fight on another promoters card?
england isnt as bad as others, bad refs maybe, but you get alot of robberies in the states an germany
Germany is the worst from what I have seen. I have seen robberies in every country though, just far more blatant in Germany.
It's more inherent to the sport as to a country. But by far the most and biggest robberies occur in the US of course.
I never understood Canada being accused of an awful robbery place Andrade vs Bute had no controversy what so ever and Pascal Hopkins I was the right call US looks awful but i think thats just because a large majority of big fights happen here so of course it will seem like all that happens are robberys im sure people are robbed everywhere
The United States is the worst by virtue of having the most fights. Germany appears to be worse on a per fight scale though.
It seems like your question should be which promoter has the most pull with the officials. Just looking at the USA example, several of those fights weren't even robberies, a couple of others the US fighter lost to the foreign fighter, and in one example neither fighter was from the U.S. Actually, it's pretty clear that your post is wrought with bias. You could just say what you agenda is.
Easily England. Not only good at robberies but installing referees that only allows the British fighter to get away with UFC maneuvers.
