the advantage was fighting over your own territory. not having to burn half your fuel to get to the battle. i know my history, son.

the stuka was a sitting duck. it required air superiority. was intimidating, and pinpoint bombing for its time.

the me 262 couldn't even reach britain, and make it back. wasn't operational until '44. due to hitler wanting to make it a bomber.

japan srewed germany by attacking america instead of russia too. so i think we agree on most of this. the channel saved you at the beginning. along with the navy. hitler turning towardsrussia cost him the war in the long run. japan failing to help with russia, and spain failing to enter the war also were huge factors.

i did neither. point out where i did. i ran the aircraft together, time wise. you really are an arrogant ass. if you think the channel didn't save you, you are ignoring everything that happened up until then.

spain entering would have cost england egypt. francisco franco put a knife in hitlers back. without the germans, he never takes power. in the long run, he won. he was still in power, thirty years or so after the war ended.

you deny that fuel consumption had ahuge effect? the spitfire and hurricane had the battle right above them. much more time in the battle, until having to disengage.

the brits and french badly mishandled the battle of france. they had more tanks, and of equal quality. they dispersed them. the germans also had radios in theirs. the french ignored their air force, in favor of the maginot line. modern wars come down to air superiority. germany in the end wasdonein through numbers. more allied aircraft. more allied tanks. more allied troops.
