..... £4£ has produced the best boxers throughout history?

Panama? Puerto Rico? Ireland if you count the Irish Americans?

They'd be American though, not Irish.

    Panama 100%

EDIT: Quick check just over 3million people live there.

-Roberto Duran (top 10 P4P, one of the greatest of all time)
-Two top 20 featherweights (IMO top 10) Ernesto Marcel and Eusebio Pedroza
-A great little man in Panama Al Brown
-A superb bantam, feather, and ATG lightweight in Laguna
-Other highly capable and in some places exceptional little operators such as Alfonso Lopez, Jorge Lujan, Anselmo Moreno, Luis Esteba, Celestino Caballero and lets not forget the brilliant Hilario Zapata.

Loads more to mention (Carrasquilla the prodigious puncher for one) but in short, awesome boxing country with some fantastic stylists with a style that's all Panama.

Not many "real" champs in that list when compared to Panama or Puerto Rico though?

The likes of Curvis, Jones, Enzo, Farr, Rees, Robinson etc were very decent fighters but not really of a level that Panama or Puerto Rico didn't have more off in addition to their top guys?

Good shout, would say Scotland was in a healthy position in the rankings their too. Infact all the countries in the British Isles have produced wave after wave of top class fighters for the size of it.

I was going to say Wales but someone allready said that. And if you consider South Wales a separate country then the ratio is even better.

The British and Irish deserve a shout, not exactly big countrys but turn out a few decent fighters.
