Josh Taylor is excellent at parrying punches, he does it at an elite level, who else currently fighting parries at an elite level?

Does Ward count? He did it very well.

GGG does it to some degree

I'd also mention Billy Joe Saunders and Juan Estrada.

Ggg is a master in parrying punches, just watch some slow mo highlights, he moves very subtle with his hands and head. It's a thing of beauty, especially because he is such a pressure fighter. It's very unique.

Ward was just great at it.
    Lomachenko does it a lot.
Wlad was also a master at that
Hopkins was also a master of it

Some guys get confused here with old school boxing techniques. But it's quite common. They talk then about experienced fighters.

So here is a list of guys who did or do this very well:
    Wlad
    Tony Thompson
    Fury
    Hopkins
    Ward
    GGG
canelo (more upper body and head movement)
    Lara
    Floyd
    Mike Garcia
    Lomachenko
